Jan's Working with Numbers

    Format: Exercise Excel 3-4

You need to use what you just learned, and maybe learn a little more. Complete all parts of the following exercises. Don't forget to backup your Class disk when you have completed the exercises or whenever you stop for the day and saved a document along the way.

This exercise can be an extension of the one you started in Project 2 or it can be entirely new.

Exercise Excel 3-4:

Use the spreadsheet you created for Exercise Excel 2-4 and modify the sheet and chart. Or create a new sheet and show both the original and sheet after performing the revisions listed below.

You should include the following changes or additions.

  2. Insert cells somewhere, possibly as part of a Move or Copy.
  3. Use Wrap text and Merge cells.
  4. Use Fill Color for cells
  5. Create a cell style and use it elsewhere in the workbook.
  6. Use Center.
  7. Use a Number format, perhaps for dates or times or percentages.
  8. Create and format a chart.
  9. Print in Landscape orientation.
  10. Print formulas.
  11. Change the theme and print this version also.
