Using PowerPoint

Lesson Versions

Newer versions: PowerPoint 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016

Archived older versions:   PowerPoint 97 through 2003

A presentation program lets you create slides to show pictures and data to a large group. PowerPoint does much more than just turn your outline into a set of bullet points. You can add video and animations, show charts a piece at a time, and keep the audience focused on the main points with attractive slides and bullet points.

PowerPoint 2007, 2010, 2013, and 2016 use a different style of interface than older versions of PowerPoint. They put controls for the most common actions on ribbon tabs instead of toolbars.

Choose the lessons that match the version of PowerPoint that you have and get started!
