You will find that you often need to reorganize the data or the layout of your worksheet after you enter it. In this section you will work with sorting and with adjusting the sizes of rows and columns.

Excel makes it easy to alphabetize cells or rows. Just keep in mind that you must select all the cells that belong together. Otherwise you will be mixing up records.

The width and height of your cells, rows, and columns can make quite a difference in your sheets. Too small will hide part of the data. Too large wastes space and can even make the sheet hard to read. Resizing rows and columns is a task you will do often.
