Jan's Working with Windows:

    Files & Folders: Summary

In the project Files & Folders you have learned a lot about managing your documents. You used different views in Computer/File Explorer windows. You used Open and Save As dialog boxes. You learned to create, move, copy, delete, restore, and rename folders and files. You used several different methods - the mouse, the keyboard, the menu bar, the toolbar or ribbon, and context menus. You opened applications using Start menu/Start screen shortcuts, directly from the folder tree, and with Run or Search. You created a text document and an image. You opened documents directly from the listing of files and folders and from an Open dialog box. You learned how important it is to make backup copies of your work.

You now have the skills to start using major applications to do real work. Of course there is a lot more to learn.
